“Starting with customer demand and ending with customer satisfaction”. Indserve annually conducts the customer satisfaction survey to key customers in order to improve customer satisfaction continuously. The 2021’s survey included delivery, price, service, quality, environmental protection, complaint handling and response, etc. Indserve sent the survey form to key customers by email and collected all feedback one by one. From the survey, Indserve deeply understands customer needs and finds the opportunities of continuous improvement for better services to its customers. And the survey results also show that overall service of Indserve has been highly evaluated, and the satisfaction index has increased 4 present than last year. It is really a new record!
